Deposits. A $200 per person nonrefundable deposit is due within 7 days of confirmation plus any additional supplier deposits that may be required. Holiday travel may require additional deposits. Full payment is due 60 days before departure.
Late Booking. When reservations are made within 30 days of departure a $25 late booking fee will be added to the cost of the trip.
Changes, Cancellations and Refund Policy. Seasons vary from country to country, restrictions- such as availability apply to all prices. Prices are based on two persons sharing the room- double occupancy. A nonrefundable deposit of $200 per person is required to make a reservation. Final payment is due 60 days before travel. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. A change fee of $25 per person is charged for any change to an itinerary after deposit has been made, additional hotel fees may also apply. No refunds for unused features or no-shows. Cancellations up to 45 days from departure will incur a $100 per person fee, plus any additional hotel or transfer charges. Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee, plus any additional hotel or transfers fees. Cancellation up to 3 days in advance of travel are totally nonrefundable. Additional cancellation fees may be charged by hotel, transfer service, land operators, and airlines. Caribbean Holidays (CH) is non responsible for any delays in operation of any flight, hotel, or transfer due to reasons beyond our control. CH is not responsible nor liable for any error, omission, injury, property loss, accident, terrorism, disappointment, or any other event outside our control. CH is not responsible for any increases in taxes. Travel insurance is recommended and offered with each package.
Credit Card Payments. An original signed credit card authorization form is necessary to secure a reservation. Verbal authorization of the credit card by either the credit card holder or the Travel Agent allows Caribbean Holidays to proceed with the reservation. The original signed authorization form will be needed before documents will be released.
Responsibility. Caribbean Holidays is a division of Maple Valley Travel Inc., is not responsible for any delays in the departure of any flights of non-operation of any flights due to reasons beyond our control. Caribbean Holidays is not responsible and will not be considered liable for any error, omission, injury, property loss, accident, delay, disappointment, irregularity, upset, or any other event which might be occasioned through or by reason of negligence, defect or default of any company and/or their employees, agents or servants, or facilities engaged in providing any of the services, accommodations or facilities in connection with these programs. Caribbean Holidays reserves the right to substitute and replace any part of package accommodations, vehicles, or transfer arrangements. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned when issued shall constitute the same contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours.
Schedules and Delays. All travel times are based on the best information and timetable available the time the itinerary is confirmed. We cannot accept any responsibility for loses or accidental expenses due to delays or changes in schedule by airlines, hotel overbooking or default.
